Waltham Forest Community Hub is a registered charity that provides services that support residents of Waltham Forest.  We have recently secured funding from Trust for London to establish a 3 year housing advice service to support the people of the Borough.

We are looking for an experienced housing advice coordinator who will work with our partner organisation Hackney Community Law Centre to establish a new service that makes free legal housing advice and representation accessible for local residents.  You will process and assess applications and refer clients to an appropriate specialist solicitor.  You will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for maintaining records of referrals/enquiries and reporting on activity.

You will need to have experience in a housing advice role and be able to evidence experience of dealing with people from all walks of life in the voluntary sector.

This is a very exciting time for our Charity, we have come out of lockdown stronger and continue to provide essential support to disadvantaged residents in Waltham Forest. Our other projects include engagement and empowerment of young people and senior citizens.  You can find out more about us on our website
