Waltham Forest Community Hub is a charity that provides support to local young people aged 11 to 21 years and senior citizens.  We also offer telephone befriending and a housing advice service for the residents of Waltham Forest.  We also have a beautiful community building for hire. This year we will be 17 years old and are going from strength to strength.

This is a very exciting time for our charity.  We have grown recently and need the help of an amazing administrator to support our busy team.  You will love administration and will work directly with our Operations Manager (who also loves administration!) to provide essential office support to managing our building.  You will have excellent IT and office administration  skills.  As the ‘face’ of venue bookings, you will promote hire of our venue and will deliver superb customer service to ensure our customers feel great about our venue and want to come back.  The role is varied and you will dip your toes into other aspects of the work of our charity.

Are you that special person ready to join our passionate and talented team?  If you are an administration ‘pro’ or have the right admin skills and want to develop them further, call us on 020 8223 0707 and ask for Sandra.  See job description and person specification for more information.
