Gentle Yoga For All allows you to reconnect to your body and breathe and move into postures gently but will still allow you to increase your strength and flexibility. The class will be taught at a pace that provides an opportunity to notice your breath and any subtle differences between postures held on the right side of the body vs left.
Gentle Yoga For All is an opportunity to pause in your day for you; the pause and gentle movements help to decrease feelings of stress, anxiety and low mood, increasing your sense of well being.
Adjustments/modifications will be suggested to suit your individual needs to ensure you have a comfortable, safe and enjoyable practice.
