Stronger Futures is a program for 14 -19year old's looking to learn new skills and improve their chances of getting a job. This course covers a multitude of activities which are geared to unlock and develop new skills. These skills will provide young people with an advantage when it comes to applying for jobs and interviews in the future. Participants had to create and pitch a social action project of their own choosing to a panel of judges. After being awarded a prize sum, they were responsible for running, delivering and managing the project. The final part of this program entailed a 4week employability skills course. Young people had to undertake workshops, develop a CV, attend a job fair and take part in an interview.
