Simple Actions to help with Loneliness

This week is National Loneliness Week, a timely reminder to take care of our own wellbeing as well as the people we are supporting at this difficult time. The impact of Covid-19 and the lockdowns associated with it were the catalyst behind many mental health problems over the last year and a half.A study by the office for national statistics found that over 7 million people in the UK had been affected by loneliness.
